We have been trusted to help find a new owner for Leif’s centrumkiosk in Söråker, Medelpad, Sweden. (Link to Google Maps)

The business is well located at the entrance to Söråker, Timrå, close to society and industrial areas as well as thoroughfare for summer tourists, with a seven-minute drive to Sundsvall/Timrå airport.

The property has a laundry hall and a lift hall. The store is connected to betting services Svenska Spel and ATG. They are also parcel deliverers for Bring, Schenker, UPS and DHL.

There is a petrol pump on the plot operated by oil distributer OKQ8. The company has a service agreement with OKQ8 for maintenance but is not involved in fuel sales.

Current owners have run the business since 2010, when they took over after a generational change. The company has been operating since 1998 on this site and is well established among locals, industrial workers and summer visitors. The business has a turnover of approximately SEK 5.5 million and is making a profit.

With the three owners working full time, the company employs 4 people on an annual basis.
